Top 5 TV Shows to Watch

One of my favorite thing to do is to snuggle up in a blanket and watch a good movie or tv show. I love being able to enter a fictional world and just immerse myself in the characters.

I have watched quite a few (read: too many…) shows over the years, many of which are some of the most popular ones. Each of the shows give me something different and let me feel a part of something. If you’re looking for some new shows to start watching or want to revisit some of your favorites, keep on reading!

My favorite tv shows of all time are:

Friends: Who else wish they lived in the New York apartment with Monica and Rachel, or hung out at Central Perk? If only all wishes came through… This is likely my most favorite of them all.  I’ve watched this show so much, but I still laugh at every joke. I feel like I grew up with this show, and no matter what, it’s always a good time watch it!

Gilmore Girls: As with Friends, I grew up with Gilmore Girls. My mom and I would have girls nights with pizza and watch tons of GG episodes. I have re-watched this show countless of times, and every time I wish I lived in Stars Hallow, having coffee with Rory and trying to keep up with Lorelai.

Grey’s Anatomy: Watching this show is like being on a emotional rollercoaster. You never truly know who of the characters will make it to the next season, and so you have to cherish them while they are there. I love how us viewers have followed the doctors from they were interns and all though their residency.

The Vampire Diaries: I was very late to the party on this one, and I am so annoyed with myself for it! I always thought I’d never like this show – why? I have no idea. I started watching TVD two years ago and I have probably watched it four times since. I have never cried more watching a show than I have watching this one, and all I want to do is move to Mystic Falls.

The O.C.: I started to watch the O.C. in middle school, and although I might have been a bit too young, I absolutely loved it. The adventures of Ryan, Seth, Summer and Marissa seemed so exciting and so totally different than my teenage years.

Now that fall is approaching and the weather is getting a bit colder, it’s the perfect time to snuggle up and watch one (or five…) episodes of your favorite show.

What are your favorite tv shows? Do you love any of the ones mentioned here as much as I do?

Lots of love,
